YG50/1000 automatic volumetric inline filling machine is  new generation utility product, developed from most advanced technology to suit to market demand. The machine adopt SS316L volumetric injection pump, quantity of pumps is designed to customers order. Convinent to combine with the bottle unscrambler and capper. The machine is widely applied to liquid packing in the market of pharmaceutical, pesticide, chemical, foodstuff, cosmetic etc, meet to the requirement of GMP.

1) Adopt volumetric injection pump to fill high precision, also fill viscosity material. Easy knock-down pump structure, convenient to clean and sterilize.

2) The piston ring of volumetric injection pump use different material of silicone, polyflon or other kinds according to liquid characteristic, use ceramic pump in special industry.

3) PLC control system, frequency conversion adjusting speed, high degree automatization.

4) Filling quantity of all pumps is adjusted in a lump, minim adjustable for each pump. Easy and quick operate.

5) Filling system has the function of shrinking, no drop leak. Bottom diving fill, no foam.
